With this letter you will find your (invite) to attend the Annual General Meeting of the Society. Please note that it will take place on 10 September (the last newsletter (correct) stated that the meeting would be on 9 September). The meeting will begin at 8pm but (refresh) will be available from 7pm. You will therefore have time to chat (formal) with committee members and (office) of the Society before the meeting commences.
